One of my main roles within Visa as a Technical Writer was leading the writing and publication of online help documentation for Authorize.net 2.0 as it prepared for its re-launch. The document includes all features available to customers upon the beta release of the new platform, including details on changing settings, viewing reports, and account management.

Built in DITA XML, this documentation evolves as the product and customer does and is accessible via web page or PDF.
